1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all users of webdesignat.ch and to all inquiries submitted through the portal.
2. Services of webdesignat.ch
We operate a comparison portal that forwards requests for web design, app and software development, and SEO to vetted partner agencies in Switzerland. No contract for the actual delivery of services is concluded with webdesignat.ch.
3. Free use
Using the portal and requesting quotes is free of charge and non-binding for clients. We finance ourselves through a success-based referral fee charged to the agency.
4. Contract with agencies
The actual project contract is concluded exclusively between you and the selected agency. webdesignat.ch is not a party to that contract and assumes no liability for the quality, timeliness or pricing of the agency.
5. User obligations
- Provide truthful and complete information in the inquiry form.
- No abusive use (e.g. multiple registrations, spam).
- Respect third-party rights (in particular copyright, trademark and personality rights).
6. Liability
webdesignat.ch is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our separately published privacy policy.
8. Changes
webdesignat.ch reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version valid at the time of the inquiry applies.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on the Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, to the extent permitted by law.
